Le robot Delta igus® LCA-DR1000-04 offre quatre degrés de liberté pour une flexibilité accrue dans les tâches de pick & place. Avec un diamètre de travail de 1 000 mm, jusqu'à 96 prélèvements par minute et une répétabilité d'environ 0,3 mm, il est idéal pour des opérations de fin de ligne dynamiques. L'axe rotatif supplémentaire permet non seulement de saisir les pièces, mais aussi de les orienter.
Le pilotage s'effectue via l'igus® Robot Control, disponible gratuitement en version armoire. Le logiciel permet une programmation intuitive et prend en charge des interfaces telles que Modbus TCP/IP, ROS, Python et bien d'autres. Il est également possible d'utiliser votre propre contrôleur, par exemple le motocontrôleur igus® dryve D1, pour une architecture de commande sur mesure (programmation de la cinématique inverse à réaliser par l'utilisateur).
Les applications typiques incluent le pick & place, le tri et l'empilage sur convoyeur, avec une intégration fluide dans les systèmes d'automatisation existants. Sa conception modulaire et ses interfaces ouvertes en font une solution économique pour les environnements de production modernes.

If you want to use your own (robot) controller, this is also no problem. Alternatively, it is also possible to operate each axis individually with a controller. For example with our igus® dryve D1 motor controller. With this control architecture, you need one motor controller per linear axis or motor and an additional master controller, which controls the coordination of the movement. You must then program the inverse kinematics for the delta robot yourself in your development environment.
The motor controllers are not part of the article and can be obtained from us as an option. A master controller is not currently offered by igus.
