L'application igus Vision App Pro
Avec iRC Vision Control Pro, vous pouvez automatiser les applications de « pick-and-place » grâce à une reconnaissance intelligente des objets par caméra. L'application reconnaît les composants en temps réel en fonction de leur forme, de leur couleur et de leur taille, et transmet ces informations directement au robot. Elle peut reconnaître jusqu'à cinq types d'objets différents, y compris leur position et leur orientation.

Object recognition for precise pick-and-place processes
The iRC Vision App Pro enhances robotic applications with powerful camera-based object recognition for pick-and-place, sorting and feeding processes. Objects are recognised in real time based on their shape, colour and size, and can be processed directly by the robot. Thanks to its seamless integration into the iRC controller, no additional complex image processing systems are required. The app supports the recognition of up to five different object types, including angle detection and position determination, enabling precise gripping operations. This reduces manual effort, increases process stability and ensures consistently high-quality performance.
