Le Robot Delta à 2 axes a été spécialement développé pour les tâches de pick & place ultra-rapides. Il peut être utilisé pour le prélèvement et la dépose de pièces, le picking sur convoyeur, le tri ou l'empilage.
Cette cinématique 2 axes est disponible en deux tailles (400 mm et 700 mm) avec leurs systèmes de pilotage assortis. La version 700 mm offre un périmètre de travail étendu, une charge utile maxi de 5 kg, une vitesse jusqu'à 3 m/s et une répétabilité de ±0,5 mm, pour un poids de 7,2 kg.

The Delta robots from igus® are available as 2-axis or 3-axis variants. They are suitable for pick and place, conveyor belt picking and stacking tasks in three-dimensional space. In conjunction with a gripper or suction cup and a vision system, bin picking tasks can be implemented very quickly.
Optional handheld with touch screen
Choose the right setup for you.
You can control the robot either from your Windows 10 PC or from the optional handheld with touch screen. On the PC the robot can be programmed via a graphical user interface. With the handheld you can control the robot with a joystick and start programs via the touch screen. In addition, you can also connect a gamepad to your Windows PC for control as an alternative to the handheld. With this handheld, the robot runs autonomously without the computer after programming via the Windows PC.
