The DOBOT Atom Max is a powerful full-size humanoid robot optimized for research, automation, and AI development. With 41 degrees of freedom, a height of approximately 1,650 mm, and a weight of around 60 kg, it delivers highly precise movements and smooth humanoid mobility – this version is without dexterous hands, ideal for users who require pure arm, head, and walking functionality.
Each arm supports a payload of 3.5 kg, while the robotic system reaches speeds of up to 1.5 m/s. Thanks to the Intel RealSense D455 and Full HD vision system, the Atom Max provides accurate environmental perception. The servo-controlled motion system operates at 200 Hz, ensuring extremely stable and highly repeatable movements.
The platform offers edge computing with up to 7.7× the industry-standard computing performance, ROS compatibility, and open interfaces for custom development. With Ethernet and Wi-Fi connectivity, the Atom Max integrates seamlessly into research and testing environments – including multi‑robot synchronization and VR/MR modules.
